I also lived in Talcott West Virginia. I would go and play near this tunnel as a kid. Of course if I was caught I was in trouble. When I lived there both tracks were in use and sometimes I would get caught between trains as they came through town.

Peyton Camp Meetings

My family runs this camp meeting for a week every year just before labor day. The camp is located in Hinton West Virginia. Not as many people come anymore compared to years ago when my dad and uncles were the driving force. You will see some old fammily pictures. My dad's name is Leslie and he is in the video. Other family members are Harry and Judie, my uncles. Ruth and Inez are my aunts. I think Grandma Peyton is in the video also.

I lived in this town for a short period of time at a very young age. I don't know who these people are taking this footage but if my memory serves me I lived a few streets behind them and to the left of their video view.
